❗SE HAI UNA STAMPANTE CANON:
Prima di acquistare una chiave, assicurati di poter avviare la stampante in modalità di servizio — senza di esso, non potrai azzerare il contatore!

Ricorda: in modalità di servizio, il LED **deve rimanere fisso (non lampeggiante)**.
Se il LED lampeggia, significa che la stampante ha **altri errori**.
Prima di azzerare il contatore, devi correggere quegli errori!

Nella maggior parte dei casi, un LED lampeggiante in modalità di servizio è causato da una cartuccia non riconosciuta o da una cartuccia di inchiostro vuota.

Though a little tricky to ‘convince’ the printer and Win10 laptop to set up communication with WicReset via USB, it worked well, after installing the whole new Epson drivers and software truckload. The YouTube movie is instructive and clear, quite helpful!

After paying, I received all the instructions and the key almost immediately by email. In less than 5 minutes, I managed to unlock my Epson printer, which was displaying error code E-11 (related to the ink pad counter). I highly recommend it; it’s simple, fast, and inexpensive!

Parfait, trop facile ! M’a épargné l’achat d’une nouvelle imprimante ou le passage par un SAV. Tout cela m’aurait couté un bras. Un coup d’œil sur un tuto YouTube, achat de nouveaux tampons sur eBay puis du logiciel idoine WicReset et le tour est joué.

Parfait, utilisé sur Canon TS 8151. Bien noter qu’en mode service, le bouton de démarrage (sur la TS 8151 il n’y en a qu’un en façade) ne doit pas clignoter. S’il clignote, c’est qu’il y a une erreur à régler (le fait que le bac à sortie à sortie du papier (au-dessus du tiroir papier) soit rentré peu faire clignoter le bouton ! Après 2 tentatives infructueuses et avoir remédié enfin au blocage en tirant le bac de sortie papier 🙂 la réinitialisation s’est très bien faite. Seul regret l’utilitaire WicReset téléchargé ensuite n’est pas compatible avec ce modèle d’imprimante. Mais le principal est d’avoir démarré l’imprimante, ce qui était le principal !
