Model-specific reset guide
Epson TX102 Réinitialiser le compteur d'encre usagée
The service-required message on Epson TX102 often relates to the internal waste ink counter rather than an empty cartridge or paper fault. The steps below help you confirm and resolve that condition.
Before resetting Epson TX102
Every cleaning cycle sends a small amount of ink to the waste ink system. Epson TX102 adds that activity to its counter and displays a maintenance warning when the programmed threshold is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson TX102. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson TX102
The reset normally takes only a few minutes, but the printer must be detected correctly before the key is used.
