Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson RX690.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson RX690 is not detected
- Install the original Epson driver for RX690; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
