Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Connect Canon G5030 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
