Epson L395 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson L395 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Before resetting Epson L395
An ink pad message is a maintenance safeguard. It indicates that Epson L395 has reached a stored waste ink value that must be reset before normal printing can resume.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L395. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson L395
Correct preparation protects the reset key from being used during a failed communication attempt. Verify each requirement before selecting Reset.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for L395 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson L395 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson L395.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson L395 is not detected
- Install the original Epson driver for L395; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
