Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon MG5765 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- Connect Canon MG5765 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
