Canon TS6050 Ink Absorber Full Reset
When Canon TS6050 reports that the ink absorber is full, turning it off and on will not normally remove the lock. The printer must be prepared correctly and its counter reset.
What stops Canon TS6050 from printing
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon TS6050 tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.

How to enter service mode on Canon TS6050
- Turn the printer off.
- Tenere premuto Stop/Reset.
- Tenendo premuto Stop/Reset, premere e tenere premuto Potenza.
- Release Stop/Reset but keep holding Power.
- Press and release Stop/Reset 5 volte.
- Wait briefly, then release Power. The power indicator should remain steadily lit.

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS6050 is not detected
- Connect Canon TS6050 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
