Epson L4156 Reset Waste Ink Counter
A waste ink counter warning can prevent Epson L4156 from printing even when the printer is otherwise working normally. Follow the checks and reset sequence below to restore operation safely.
Before resetting Epson L4156
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson L4156 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L4156. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
