Epson XP-422 Reset Waste Ink Counter
A waste ink counter warning can prevent Epson XP-422 from printing even when the printer is otherwise working normally. Follow the checks and reset sequence below to restore operation safely.
Understanding the Epson XP-422 waste ink warning
Waste ink produced by cleaning cycles is collected inside the printer. Epson XP-422 tracks those cycles electronically and can stop printing when the calculated limit is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson XP-422. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
