Why Epson TX213 stops printing
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson TX213 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson TX213. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson TX213
Use the sequence below to establish a stable USB connection and clear the waste ink counter.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for TX213 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson TX213 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson TX213.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson TX213 is not detected
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
- Install the original Epson driver for TX213; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.

Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
How long does the reset take?
The reset itself usually finishes in about 1–2 minutes after the printer has been detected correctly.

Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
