Model-specific reset guide
Epson TX210 Återställ bläckförbrukningsräknare
When Epson TX210 reports that an ink pad needs service, restarting the printer alone normally does not clear the lock. A compatible reset procedure is required.
What the Epson TX210 service message means
The printer protects against possible ink overflow by monitoring an internal service counter. On Epson TX210, reaching the threshold can trigger an ink pad warning and block further jobs.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson TX210. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson TX210
The reset normally takes only a few minutes, but the printer must be detected correctly before the key is used.

If Epson TX210 is not detected
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Install the original Epson driver for TX210; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
