Model-specific reset guide
Epson PM-A940 Återställ räknare för förbrukat bläck
The service-required message on Epson PM-A940 often relates to the internal waste ink counter rather than an empty cartridge or paper fault. The steps below help you confirm and resolve that condition.
Before resetting Epson PM-A940
Every cleaning cycle sends a small amount of ink to the waste ink system. Epson PM-A940 adds that activity to its counter and displays a maintenance warning when the programmed threshold is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson PM-A940. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
