Model-specific reset guide
Epson XP-20 Resetovanie počítadla spotrebovaného atramentu
If your Epson XP-20 has stopped with an ink pad or service-life warning, the printer may have reached its waste ink counter limit. This model-specific guide explains what the message means and how to complete the reset with Wic Reset Connect.
What the Epson XP-20 service message means
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson XP-20 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson XP-20. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.

- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
