Why Epson T25 stops printing
Every cleaning cycle sends a small amount of ink to the waste ink system. Epson T25 adds that activity to its counter and displays a maintenance warning when the programmed threshold is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson T25. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson T25
Use the sequence below to establish a stable USB connection and clear the waste ink counter.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for T25 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson T25 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson T25.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson T25 is not detected
- Install the original Epson driver for T25; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.

What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
Can I reset Epson T25 over Wi-Fi?
No. Wic Reset Connect requires a direct USB connection to the Windows computer.
Does Epson T25 need service mode?
No. Epson printers do not use the Canon service-mode sequence. Connect the printer normally by USB.
