Canon E4270 can stop printing when its internal ink absorber counter reaches a programmed threshold. Follow the model-specific preparation below before using Wic Reset Connect.
What stops Canon E4270 from printing
Cleaning operations send unused ink into absorber pads inside the printer. Canon E4270 estimates their usage with an electronic counter and can lock printing when that value reaches its limit.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon E4270. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon E4270
- Turn the printer off.

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Connect Canon E4270 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
