Canon MG5270 Ink Absorber Full Reset
An absorber warning on Canon MG5270 does not necessarily mean that the printer is mechanically damaged. The software counter and the physical pads must be considered separately.
What the Canon MG5270 service message means
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon MG5270 tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon MG5270. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
