Canon G3911 Ink Absorber Full Reset
The waste ink system in Canon G3911 collects ink used during cleaning cycles. Once the estimated limit is reached, service mode and a compatible counter reset may be required.

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
