Model-specific reset guide
Epson PX650 Resetowanie licznika zużytego atramentu
If your Epson PX650 has stopped with an ink pad or service-life warning, the printer may have reached its waste ink counter limit. This model-specific guide explains what the message means and how to complete the reset with Wic Reset Connect.
Understanding the Epson PX650 waste ink warning
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson PX650 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson PX650. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson PX650
Prepare the computer and connection first. Most unsuccessful attempts are caused by a missing original driver, an indirect USB connection or another Epson utility using the printer.
-

Install the official Epson driver for PX650 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.
-
Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson PX650 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.
