Epson CX3900
The service-required message on Epson CX3900 often relates to the internal waste ink counter rather than an empty cartridge or paper fault. The steps below help you confirm and resolve that condition.
Why Epson CX3900 stops printing
Waste ink produced by cleaning cycles is collected inside the printer. Epson CX3900 tracks those cycles electronically and can stop printing when the calculated limit is reached.
