Model-specific reset guide
Canon TS5370 Ink Absorber Full Reset
An absorber warning on Canon TS5370 does not necessarily mean that the printer is mechanically damaged. The software counter and the physical pads must be considered separately.
What the Canon TS5370 service message means
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon TS5370 tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS5370. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
