Model-specific reset guide
Epson L405 Reiniciar Contador de Tinta Gastada
Epson L405 records cleaning cycles and waste ink usage in an internal counter. When that value reaches its programmed limit, printing can stop until the counter is reset.
What the Epson L405 service message means
Waste ink produced by cleaning cycles is collected inside the printer. Epson L405 tracks those cycles electronically and can stop printing when the calculated limit is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L405. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.

Epson L405 reset FAQ
How long does the reset take?
The reset itself usually finishes in about 1–2 minutes after the printer has been detected correctly.
What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
