Why Epson L3250 stops printing
Every cleaning cycle sends a small amount of ink to the waste ink system. Epson L3250 adds that activity to its counter and displays a maintenance warning when the programmed threshold is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L3250. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson L3250
Correct preparation protects the reset key from being used during a failed communication attempt. Verify each requirement before selecting Reset.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for L3250 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson L3250 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson L3250.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson L3250 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Install the original Epson driver for L3250; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
