What stops Canon G7020 from printing

How to enter service mode on Canon G7020
- Turn the printer off.

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon G7020 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Connect Canon G7020 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
