Reset the counter in Epson XP-2105
Prepare the computer and connection first. Most unsuccessful attempts are caused by a missing original driver, an indirect USB connection or another Epson utility using the printer.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for XP-2105 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson XP-2105 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson XP-2105.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.

- Install the original Epson driver for XP-2105; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
