Canon TS5392 Ink Absorber Full Reset
When Canon TS5392 reports that the ink absorber is full, turning it off and on will not normally remove the lock. The printer must be prepared correctly and its counter reset.
What the Canon TS5392 service message means
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon TS5392 tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS5392. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS5392
- Turn the printer off.

Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS5392 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Connect Canon TS5392 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
