Model-specific reset guide
Epson WorkForce 620 Reset Waste Ink Counter
If your Epson WorkForce 620 has stopped with an ink pad or service-life warning, the printer may have reached its waste ink counter limit. This model-specific guide explains what the message means and how to complete the reset with Wic Reset Connect.
Understanding the Epson WorkForce 620 waste ink warning
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson WorkForce 620 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson WorkForce 620. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
