Canon TS5110 can stop printing when its internal ink absorber counter reaches a programmed threshold. Follow the model-specific preparation below before using Wic Reset Connect.
What stops Canon TS5110 from printing
Canon TS5110 uses a stored counter as a maintenance safeguard. Reaching the threshold can produce an Ink Absorber Full, Service Required or related support-code message.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS5110. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS5110
- Turn the printer off.

Prepare the printer
Resolve other errors, confirm a steady power light and enter service mode using the sequence above.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Canon TS5110 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS5110 is not detected
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
