Model-specific reset guide
Canon G3410 Ink Absorber Full Reset
If Canon G3410 displays an ink absorber full or service-required warning, the stored waste ink counter may have reached its limit. This guide covers service mode, USB preparation and the reset itself.
The waste ink counter inside Canon G3410
Cleaning operations send unused ink into absorber pads inside the printer. Canon G3410 estimates their usage with an electronic counter and can lock printing when that value reaches its limit.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon G3410. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
