Epson TX110 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson TX110 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Why Epson TX110 stops printing
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson TX110 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson TX110. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson TX110
Use the sequence below to establish a stable USB connection and clear the waste ink counter.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for TX110 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson TX110 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson TX110.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson TX110 is not detected
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Install the original Epson driver for TX110; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.

How long does the reset take?
The reset itself usually finishes in about 1–2 minutes after the printer has been detected correctly.
Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
Can I reset Epson TX110 over Wi-Fi?
No. Wic Reset Connect requires a direct USB connection to the Windows computer.
