Why the ink pad counter blocks Epson NX330
Every cleaning cycle sends a small amount of ink to the waste ink system. Epson NX330 adds that activity to its counter and displays a maintenance warning when the programmed threshold is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson NX330. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson NX330
Correct preparation protects the reset key from being used during a failed communication attempt. Verify each requirement before selecting Reset.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for NX330 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson NX330 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson NX330.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson NX330 is not detected
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Install the original Epson driver for NX330; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.

Does Epson NX330 need service mode?
No. Epson printers do not use the Canon service-mode sequence. Connect the printer normally by USB.
