Canon TS9020 may block print jobs after recording enough cleaning and maintenance cycles. Use the sequence below to enter service mode and reset the stored value.
Understanding the Canon TS9020 ink absorber warning
The lock is based on accumulated maintenance activity. Resetting Canon TS9020 changes the counter value but does not remove ink already held in the absorber material.
