Model-specific reset guide
Epson WF-7012 Reset Waste Ink Counter
If your Epson WF-7012 has stopped with an ink pad or service-life warning, the printer may have reached its waste ink counter limit. This model-specific guide explains what the message means and how to complete the reset with Wic Reset Connect.
The counter behind the Epson WF-7012 warning
Epson WF-7012 uses stored counter data to estimate absorber usage. The estimate may reach its limit before the pads appear completely saturated, but physical maintenance should still be considered.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson WF-7012. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
