Every cleaning cycle sends a small amount of ink to the waste ink system. Epson TX325F adds that activity to its counter and displays a maintenance warning when the programmed threshold is reached.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for TX325F and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect Epson TX325F to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson TX325F.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson TX325F is not detected
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.

How long does the reset take?
The reset itself usually finishes in about 1–2 minutes after the printer has been detected correctly.
What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
