Epson NX410 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson NX410 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Why Epson NX410 stops printing
Epson NX410 uses stored counter data to estimate absorber usage. The estimate may reach its limit before the pads appear completely saturated, but physical maintenance should still be considered.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson NX410. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson NX410
The reset normally takes only a few minutes, but the printer must be detected correctly before the key is used.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for NX410 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson NX410 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson NX410.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson NX410 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.

No. Wic Reset Connect requires a direct USB connection to the Windows computer.
What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
