Canon TS3320 Ink Absorber Full Reset
The waste ink system in Canon TS3320 collects ink used during cleaning cycles. Once the estimated limit is reached, service mode and a compatible counter reset may be required.
Before resetting Canon TS3320
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon TS3320 tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS3320. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS3320
- Turn the printer off.

Connect Canon TS3320 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS3320 is not detected
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Connect Canon TS3320 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
