The Epson WF-7011 tracks waste ink with an internal counter. Because it is an estimate (not a physical sensor), it may trigger before the pads are actually full.
What Causes the Epson WF-7011 Ink Pad Counter Warning?

Step-by-Step: Epson WF-7011 Waste Counter Reset
- Step 1: Use a Windows PC (7–11) with Internet access. Connect Epson WF-7011 via USB (Wi-Fi reset is not supported).
- Step 2: Open Wic Reset Connect with admin privileges and verify device recognition for Epson WF-7011.
- Step 3: Paste the reset key, click Reset, and after completion power-cycle Epson WF-7011.

Troubleshooting
- Temporarily disable VPN/proxy if validation fails.
- Restart printer and PC, then try again.
- Close Epson Status Monitor or other printer utilities.
