Complete these steps in order. A direct USB connection and the original Epson driver are essential for reliable communication.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for WF-7011 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson WF-7011 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson WF-7011.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.

- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
