Model-specific reset guide
Epson L805 Reset Waste Ink Counter
If your Epson L805 has stopped with an ink pad or service-life warning, the printer may have reached its waste ink counter limit. This model-specific guide explains what the message means and how to complete the reset with Wic Reset Connect.
Before resetting Epson L805
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson L805 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L805. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
