Canon TS6350a can stop printing when its internal ink absorber counter reaches a programmed threshold. Follow the model-specific preparation below before using Wic Reset Connect.
The waste ink counter inside Canon TS6350a
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon TS6350a tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.

How to enter service mode on Canon TS6350a
- Turn the printer off.

Connect Canon TS6350a to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Connect Canon TS6350a directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
