Canon TR7530 Ink Absorber Full Reset
An absorber warning on Canon TR7530 does not necessarily mean that the printer is mechanically damaged. The software counter and the physical pads must be considered separately.
Before resetting Canon TR7530
An absorber message concerns both software and maintenance. The counter can be reset, while heavily saturated pads may still need cleaning or replacement.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TR7530. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TR7530
- Turn the printer off.

Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TR7530 is not detected
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Connect Canon TR7530 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
