The counter behind the Epson ME-32 warning
An ink pad message is a maintenance safeguard. It indicates that Epson ME-32 has reached a stored waste ink value that must be reset before normal printing can resume.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson ME-32. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson ME-32
The reset normally takes only a few minutes, but the printer must be detected correctly before the key is used.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for ME-32 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson ME-32 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson ME-32.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson ME-32 is not detected
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.

No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
