Epson L350 Reset Waste Ink Counter
When Epson L350 reports that an ink pad needs service, restarting the printer alone normally does not clear the lock. A compatible reset procedure is required.

Epson L350 uses stored counter data to estimate absorber usage. The estimate may reach its limit before the pads appear completely saturated, but physical maintenance should still be considered.

Reset the counter in Epson L350

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for L350 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson L350 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson L350.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson L350 is not detected
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
