Reset the counter in Epson BX600FW
Prepare the computer and connection first. Most unsuccessful attempts are caused by a missing original driver, an indirect USB connection or another Epson utility using the printer.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for BX600FW and confirm that Windows can see the printer.
