Canon TS6340 Ink Absorber Full Reset
Canon TS6340 can stop printing when its internal ink absorber counter reaches a programmed threshold. Follow the model-specific preparation below before using Wic Reset Connect.
Understanding the Canon TS6340 ink absorber warning
The lock is based on accumulated maintenance activity. Resetting Canon TS6340 changes the counter value but does not remove ink already held in the absorber material.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS6340. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS6340

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS6340 is not detected
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
