Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for NX100 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson NX100 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson NX100.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson NX100 is not detected
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
