How to enter service mode on Canon TS9160
- Turn the printer off.

Reset the counter in Canon TS9160

Connect directly by USB
Connect Canon TS9160 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Connect Canon TS9160 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
