Model-specific reset guide
Réinitialisation du compteur d'encre usagée de l'Epson L383
Epson L383 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Understanding the Epson L383 waste ink warning
An ink pad message is a maintenance safeguard. It indicates that Epson L383 has reached a stored waste ink value that must be reset before normal printing can resume.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L383. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.

Epson L383 reset FAQ
Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
How long does the reset take?
The reset itself usually finishes in about 1–2 minutes after the printer has been detected correctly.
What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
