Why Epson WorkForce 633 stops printing
Epson WorkForce 633 uses stored counter data to estimate absorber usage. The estimate may reach its limit before the pads appear completely saturated, but physical maintenance should still be considered.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for WorkForce 633 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect Epson WorkForce 633 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson WorkForce 633.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.

- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Install the original Epson driver for WorkForce 633; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
