Canon TS3322 Ink Absorber Full Reset
An absorber warning on Canon TS3322 does not necessarily mean that the printer is mechanically damaged. The software counter and the physical pads must be considered separately.
Why Canon TS3322 reports an absorber error
An absorber message concerns both software and maintenance. The counter can be reset, while heavily saturated pads may still need cleaning or replacement.

How to enter service mode on Canon TS3322
- Turn the printer off.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Canon TS3322 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS3322 is not detected
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.

Does the reset clean the ink absorber?
