Epson T11 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson T11 records cleaning cycles and waste ink usage in an internal counter. When that value reaches its programmed limit, printing can stop until the counter is reset.
Why the ink pad counter blocks Epson T11
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson T11 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson T11. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson T11
Use the sequence below to establish a stable USB connection and clear the waste ink counter.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for T11 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson T11 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson T11.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson T11 is not detected
- Install the original Epson driver for T11; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.

How long does the reset take?
The reset itself usually finishes in about 1–2 minutes after the printer has been detected correctly.
Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
Can I reset Epson T11 over Wi-Fi?
No. Wic Reset Connect requires a direct USB connection to the Windows computer.
